Apostle Jarvis Parker is an anointed man of God called to build the Kingdom of God, heal the sick, deliver the oppressed.  He has a special place in his heart for youth and young adults.  After much prayer the Holy Spirit led Apostle Parker to end his previous 11 year assignment to birth and nurture the vision of a new ministry, Kingdom Building Healing and Deliverance For All People.  
Apostle Parker gave his life to God at the early age of 19.  Answering the call of God, he served and studied until becoming an assistant Pastor serving under the late Bishop Valeriano Melendez.  After the death of the late Bishop, he took reigns as the head pastor of Ahoskie Soul Saving Station until leaving in 2021.  For the fill bio, keep reading.

Pastor Flora Parker is an anointed woman of God called to build the Kingdom of God, heal the sick, and deliver the oppressed.  Pastor Parker walks in the anointing of laying on of hands and the gift of healing.  Pastor Parker has served as First (and Only) Lady for 11 years along side her husband, Apostle Jarvis Parker.  She continues to serve along his side at Kingdom Building Healing and Deliverance For All People as Pastor Flora Parker since 2021 .  For the full bio, keep reading.

Apostle Jarvis Parker and his lovely wife, Pastor Flora Parker are the leaders of Kingdom Building Healing and Deliverance For All People located in Ahoskie, NC.  Apostle Jarvis and Pastor Parker are both from Windsor, NC and both graduated from Bertie County Public Schools in 1977.  This ministering couple from Windsor, NC has been married for 44 years and have three children and a cherished grandson.  They are blessed to parent through faith many other sons and daughters as well.  Apostle Parker and Pastor Parker deeply believe in portraying the love of the Father best through demonstrating their love for God, each other, and all others as stated in John 13:35.
Both, Apostle Parker and Pastor Parker were faithful members of Sandy Point Baptist Church in Windsor, NC.  While raising their children they each pursued their various routes of education, careers, and ministry.  Pastor Parker furthered her educational goals at Roanoke-Chowan Community College in Ahoskie, NC where she received an Associate of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Development and later went on to graduate from Elizabeth City State University located in Elizabeth City, NC in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work.  In 2006 her career as a Social Worker commenced with Hertford County Public Schools in the Exceptional Department until her early retirement. Apostle Parker has under his belt over 22 years of experience as a welder.  He also received his associates degree in Biblical Studies at Bible Teachers Institute in Virginia Beach, VA and a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies at Ahoskie Soul Saving Station Bible College. The passion for youth that Apostle Parker carries led him to pursue more than 17 years in education between Hertford County Public Schools and Bertie County Public Schools as a certified and licensed teacher.

Apostle Parker and Pastor Parker sought God in prayer and was led by the Holy Spirit to Ahoskie Soul Saving Station where they both joined and pursed ministry in evangelism under the leadership of the late Bishop Valeriano Melendez.  Apostle Parker was licensed and ordained as an Evangelist and later became an Assistant Pastor. After the death of Bishop Melendez, Apostle Parker was chosen by the Church Board as the Pastor of Ahoskie Soul Saving Evangelistic Center. After many years of ministry and much prayer, the Holy Spirit led Apostle Jarvis and Pastor Parker to start another ministry and they were faithful to do so.  Apostle Jarvis and Pastor Parker founded Kingdom Building Healing and Deliverance For All People in 2021.  God has shown himself faithful in this ministry and continued to not only lead this ministry, but also has proven himself in this ministry.  Pastor Parker was ordained as Pastor in 2021.  In June of 2022, God led Apostle Parker to retire from Martin Community College where he worked and was cherished for many years to be available to the obedience of the Holy Spirit full time in ministry.

Apostle Parker and Pastor Parker are true servants of God and have hearts that desire to see all set free from oppression, to be healed and delivered.  They are cherished as true people of God by non-believers and believers, church members, and by family which speaks volumes about their lives. The Pastors have a vision to train and equip the people of God to go into the World sharing the love of Christ. This vision is in alignment with the mission and vision statements of Kingdom Building Healing and Deliverance For All People.  The mission and vision statements are as follows:
The mission of Kingdom Building Healing and Deliverance For All People is to equip, train, and demonstrate to God's people to do the work of Jesus. To bring about healing, deliverance, and freedom to all those that are bound according to Luke 4:18-19.
The vision of Kingdom Building Healing and Deliverance For All People is to build individuals and families one at a time to enhance strong churches to grow in the kingdom of God as well as to enhance the Five-Fold Ministry roles according to Ephesians 4:11-13.
Apostle Parker looks forward to October 31st, but not for what most think, Halloween; but instead, he remembers the date of his salvation and this year expects to celebrate 45 years of new life in Christ.  Pastor Parker expresses one of her greatest joys is standing with and supporting her husband, raising her children, and enjoying her time with her grandson. She thanks God and loves and cherishes her family.
